Ingredients needed to make a The Ramble
4 fresh Raspberries
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Gin
The Ramble Cocktail Recipe Directions
In a mixing glass muddle the raspberries. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake thoroughly without ice. Pour the contents into the center of a Collins glass filled with crushed ice, so the raspberries form a mound at the top of the glass.
Extremely tasty! I added lots more raspberries since there are a bunch growing in my backyard, and I muddled them with the lemon juice. And I used Bombay Sapphire since it's what I had on hand. I had set out to find a delicious recipe with raspberries and gin, and found this: http://www.gayot.com/spirits/recipes/the-ramble-raspberry-gin-cocktail.html. It's originally from the Mr. Boston Summer Cocktails book: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0470184892.

Unique and fruity. Very cool.
I definitely need to invest in some nice Collins glasses!
Sounds great. I bet it would make a nice cooler if you topped it off with some tonic water.
This sounds absolutely fabulous! A nicer glass would have really made this shine.
