I'm not an elderberry fan, but this is a nice wishful- thinking-drink on a nasty pair of Boston days!

I don't really prefer the elderberry flavor, but I'm betting the lime juice balances it nicely. This isn't my first choice cocktail for apres-snow shoveling, but I'd sip one on the deck in June. Very nice picture.

I've never tried Elderberry juice, but I bet something similar can be made with St. Germain, which I've only recently discovered and LOVE!

Have you tried Absolute Boston? It's infused with tea and Elderflower (prior to becoming the elderberry). I drink that with tonic and a lime, it reminds me of this drink.
