Ingredients needed to make a Early Autumn
1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire (infused with dried pear and apples if you can)
1/2 oz. absinthe
1 oz. apple cider
1/2 oz. brandy
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Fee Brothers old fashioned bitters
cinnamon stick for garnish
Early Autumn Cocktail Recipe Directions
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker with ice
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
fill with ginger beer
Garnish with a cinnamon stick
This is best with infused gin but you can substitute by zesting a little apple and pear into the shaker.

I suppose you could use Bombay or maybe even Boodles. The key is to have a clean crisp high quality gin.
I like your idea of infusing gin, but I'd do it with a more generic gin than Bombay Sapphire, given it's already unique palette and infusion of botanicals. Either way, this drink seems delicious.
