Not a great shot but a really great wine. White Bordeaux. Sharp and crisp. Went great with oysters. This is grand cru -- the top of the heap in France and it showed. I thought the wine was actually too cold when it first hit the table b/c it opened up wonderfully and got better as it warmed (and breathed).
