Carribean Apple

Ingredients needed to make a Carribean Apple

1 shot plus a splash of Trigo Aneja Rum
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
~6 ozs apple cider

Carribean Apple Cocktail Recipe Directions

Add ice, rum, and bitters to a glass. Top with cider -- adjust it for personal preference.

tedvilla's Notes

The anejo rum is mellow and smooth with the cider and the bitters cut the cider's sweetness and add some complexity to this drink. I made the pie in the background -- a true fall fantasia. Can't go wrong with rum and cider, although I typically drink mine hot. I like the idea of adding bitters, will have to try that!
