Ingredients needed to make a Avocado Margarita
6oz tequila
2oz triple sec
3oz fresh lime juice
2oz simple syrup
2 cups ice
1 avocado
Avocado Margarita Cocktail Recipe Directions
In a blender puree avocado with all ingredients except ice. Add ice and blend for 2 more minutes or until mixture is smooth.
Pour into rocks glass (rimmed with salt if desired) and garnish with lime wheel.

Although this might sound odd its delicious. This recipe makes two decent sized drinks.

That's awesome! I've got to try that. I like your proportions 3/1/2.... I've been playing with my proportions a lot over the years. I used to do 3/1/1... now I do 2/1/1 -- it suits my audiences better, but I'll have to make this one. It's a cocktail that drinks like a meal!
Creative yes,...but I wouldn't dip a corn chip in it.
I can attest, this was an odd yet delicious (and very filling) drink!
